New toy time

Ah, I love new toy time. Packaging is brand spanking new, delicately placed in a corner. Completely useless except for throwing other smaller useless stuff in. Depending on the product, in this case a phone but could just as well be a camera or guitar, is gingerly handled and wrapped in protective plastic to ward off the inevitable scratch. We constantly have to touch this thing just to make sure we justify the purchase knowing eventually we will fall out of love and move on the next shiny instrument that will hold our attention until we tire of that one still. But for right now....oh new toy time how I love you so.
